October 19 – Tom Klitgaard (Federal Reserve Bank of New York)

Mr. Klitgaard is the Head of the International Research Function. He studies cross-border financial flows and coordinates the Bank’s global outlook. Mr. Klitgaard received B.A. degrees in both mathematics and economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University.
