Please join us in welcoming Boris Bulayev, President of Educate!, a non-profit organization where they help youth in Uganda in their education and career development, as the speaker for Rotary Club of Wall Street New York on Wednesday, June 1, 2011.
Educate! provides a proven mix of a social entrepreneurship and leadership course, long term mentoring, and an alumni program that helps high school students start enterprises. Today, Educate! is working with 1,300 diverse youth across Uganda and developing a model that can be replicated across Africa. The government of Uganda recently asked Educate! to incorporate the course into the national education system. It will reach 100,000 youth annually by 2015 and be the first national social entrepreneurship curriculum in the world.
