Providing 2,500+ hygiene kits provided to homeless families living in New York City, Hamburg and Berlin

The Rotary E-Club of Wall Street is a diverse club with more than 28 members across 13 major cities in the world. From our members’ experience, homeless is a recurring issue in many of the urban cities we live in. Our Rotarians are determined to alleviate some of the day-to-day struggles facing homeless families.

This past year, many of us independently volunteered for this cause, but we look to coming together through a common community service project complimenting our global reach as Rotarians of District 7230.

Together, we aim to distribute hygiene kits (including shampoo, soap, etc.) in three major cities with our membership present: New York, Hamburg and Berlin. To ensure fair distribution of these kits, we will partner with established nonprofit organizations serving these populations.

Our club commits to raising at least $2,000 USD to create hygiene kits for 2,500 homeless children and families living in New York City, Berlin and Hamburg. Together, we’ll assemble these hygiene kits and reach those most in need by partnering with credible organizations including:

  • New York – Coalition for the Homeless
  • Berlin – Stadtmission Berlin
  • Hamburg – CaFeé mit Herz
