About Our Club

Rotary is Service

A main focus of RCWS is community service for both our local and international communities.

Current projects include a monthly distribution with Coalition for the Homeless, fundraisers for Ronald McDonald House NYC & Gift of Life, a team for NY Cares Hands on NY Day and a school supply collection for Urban Assembly School for Business & Young Women. In 2011, we hosted a screening of REDLIGHT to benefit Nomi Network. In 2010, we showcased the film Water First to raise funds for clean drinking water in Malawi and held a raffle to gather donations for cataract eye surgery that restored sight for 30 people in India.
